Hello Dairy Products And Acne. I know what you mean with the topic still being somewhat confusing as there is information that says that dairy does not contribute to acne and some information that says otherwise. The easiest solution to knowing for sure for a person suffering with acne to truly know is to test it out; basically, eliminate all forms of dairy for a week and see what happens. And then incorporate them back in and see what happens. Some people can handle these products for unknown genetic predispositions, while others can not and break out. Thanks for commenting!

I have to counter that skipping breakfast may not be a good idea; I think it depends on the reason. If a person is really hungry and skips, that is not a good idea, but if the person is not hungry, he or she should not eat. A quick orange juice is fine, although it is optimal to juice fresh raw oranges and drink that rather than buying pasteurized orange juice (as the enzymes in the oranges are denatured when pasteurized). But, you definitely do not have to eat a huge breakfast. The berries and fruits are a good idea as a quick afternoon snack, but the key is to make sure the stomach is empty, i.e. if you ate a salad and sandwich at 12 noon and find yourself hungry at 4-5 pm, then a fruit snack is fine. However, if you had that lunch at 12pm and eat a fruit snack at 1pm, that is too soon and digestive problems may arise...The important thing is to make sure the stomach is empty, and generally if you are hungry, the stomach is usually empty.

I know that skipping breakfast is not a good idea, however it's something that happens often in my case. Would a quick orange juice work? And what if we have our berries and fruits as a quick afternoon snack?
